David Taylor

Chief Operations Officer and Token Architect
David ran his own SaaS company for 5 years prior to jumping into crypto in 2016. He launched the first crypto accelerator in Europe where, as Head of Global Development, he oversaw the selection process involving over 300 crypto projects. As a result, he participated in over $25 million of successful token sales. In 2018 he and his partner co-founded a management consulting firm specializing in deep tokenomics. They worked with over a dozen startups where they created mathematical simulations for designing token economies using bleeding edge concepts in economics, finance, mathematics, and software design. He is currently working on an economic dissertation on the fundamental value of tokens, which challenges many concepts of institutional economics. David is also passionate about environmental topics. As a seasoned keynote speaker, David presented the relationship between blockchain and the environment at conferences such as AREDAY (CO, USA), Caux Forum (Caux, CH) and the United Nations (Bonn, DE).

Silur

Blockchain Architect
Silur is a Cryptography, Blockchain, and AI & Quantum Security Consultant. Not just any: he was an Ethereum Foundation contractor, a researcher for the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Wigner Physics Institute, a researcher and developer in CasperLabs ($14 million VC round), and a co-founder of QANplatform ($4 million series A, $2.1 million series B round). After participating in dozens of other dApps and blockchain applications and consulting gigs, he was an applicant for the NIST Lightweight Encryption Standard, and a regular speaker at reputable blockchain/crypto events.
Besides working across all these fields as an independent expert, in the Next Earth team he is in charge of designing, implementing, and auditing smart contracts, as well as managing full-stack web implementation of the dApp.
His goal is to get successful WITH his clients. Growth as a consultant is not something to be achieved alone. According to his professional credo, mercenaries can’t bring success so he only works on stuff he finds fulfillment and joy in, and not least, on projects that he’d invest money into himself.

Soma Szelpal

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Having started his career as Web Developer, Soma has dynamically developed his professional skills to become a Full Stack Architect with a deep knowledge in different technologies and programming languages. After being Lead Developer at a globally recognized live video streaming company, he was requested to design and establish a brand new distributed live streaming system from scratch, based on microservice architecture using cutting-edge technologies. Soma massively contributed to the success of the company, and the product became viable enough to go into production. Also, he was Lead Architect at a development company, managing a team of 4-6 people and building distributed SaaS platforms for their self-developed IoT hardware devices -- along with toolchains to support development workflow.
He is Next Earth’s Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, in charge of designing and implementing fully automated CI/CD pipelines, setting up and keeping services up, and running in Kubernetes.
